Our task is to develop an agreed document against which the works will progress. We will need to ensure all stakeholders agree on the scope and content of the document.

To achieve this, it is critical that we take the time to discuss and review each aspect of the document, from the timeline and objectives to the resources required and expected outcomes. This will help us create an effective and successful plan for our project.

Once we have agreed on the scope of the document and the objectives, it will be lined up with the overall timeline of the project to ensure all services and installers are aligned.

The project will be monitored throughout its life cycle with regular reporting either via arranged meetings, reports or both.

Finally once the installation is complete it will be tested to ensure deliverables are met with all appropriate operations and warranty documents handed over.
