Analogue phone lines are ending.

As of this month, you can no longer buy analogue lines. The Public Switched Telephony Network (PSTN) will be closed down in 2025 so you must ensure you migrate to IP-based systems before the mad rush starts.

In office buildings you will typically need to check for:

• Lift emergency phone lines

• Alarm systems that call back to a security company

• Credit/debit card machines

Also, make sure your VOIP phone system is correctly configured for when a 999 call is placed.
