Support & Consulting

To do this, we will take the time to go through each part carefully—covering the timeline, objectives, needed resources, and expected results. This will help us build a solid plan for a successful project.
Once we agree on the details, we’ll make sure everything fits within the overall project schedule so that all services and installers are in sync.
We will keep track of the project at every stage, providing updates through meetings, reports, or both.
Finally, when the installation is done, we’ll test everything to ensure it meets the agreed requirements. All necessary operation manuals and warranty documents will also be handed over.


Network solution
Connecting to the internet is key to in order for a business to function. We will develop a secure high speed IT network to ensure all you have to worry about is running your business.
Our team of engineers will design the network backbone with your requirements in mind and to support other dependancies such as printing and audio visual services.
We know the IT network is the backbone of the business so we ensure the hardware and technology used is widely commended throughout the industry giving you peace of mind.
To compliment the network solution we can provide managed or standalone printing solutions together with audio visual systems from single chat room videocams to fully integrated and automated auditoriums.
Managed IT services
Our role is to take the IT load and worry away from you. We will manage your IT infrastructure as a one-stop-shop solution with agreed service level agreements that suit your operational needs.
No service level agreement is the same so we would work with stakeholders to ensure business-critical services are supported during key times.
Our service level agreement would cover but not be limited to applications, infrastructure management, internet connectivity, network monitoring, disaster recovery and security.
We can also manage printing and CCTV solutions under a service-level agreement to provide further peace of mind.
Finally, our helpdesk will provide remote support up to Tier 3 allowing your team to get support when needed.


Cloud-based backups
We have a range of backup solutions to cover businesses of all sizes.
Primarily aimed at backing up Microsoft's 365 environments (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook email) but we also have personal backup plans to ensure data on your PC is kept safe and secure.
Organizations must also have a plan in place to ensure that they can quickly and effectively recover from a disaster. This plan should include details on who is responsible for the recovery process, what resources are needed, and how the system will be restored.
​Additionally, organizations should have a backup system in place to protect against data loss in the event of a disaster.
​Our engineering consultants can investigate, probe and develop a planning framework against your current IT network to aid you in planning your disaster recovery strategy.
Mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery recommendations will be suggested together with a timeline and solutions-based document.
Should the document and recommendations be approved we would work closely with stakeholders to ensure a timely and structured implemention.
Audio/Video systems
From personal Webcams to fully tailored meeting room conferencing systems we are happy to assist.
​Our philosophy around AV systems is to keep them as simple as possible.
​There is a wide range of conferencing systems available, some designed to work with Microsoft Teams, others work with Zoom. Lastly, if you prefer a BYOD setup many cameras work with all platforms by simply bringing in your laptop.


Tea, Coffee and IT
In addition to IT services, we also provide catering, stationery, janitorial and furniture items to our customers.
We hand deliver to London and Milton Keynes in order to reduce our carbon footprint.
