Our service level agreement would cover but not be limited to applications, infrastructure management, internet connectivity, network monitoring, disaster recovery and security.
We can also manage printing and CCTV solutions under a service-level agreement to provide further peace of mind.
Finally, our helpdesk will provide remote support up to Tier 3 allowing your team to get support when needed.
